Moynihan Train Hall’s Interactive Wayfinding

Moynihan Train Hall needed our adaptable digital signage solutions to help increase and improve engagement, modernize navigation, and reduce traveler anxiety at the same time.

Moynihan Train Hall’s digital signage ecosystem features interactive wayfinding displays that support more than 10 languages. With a population as diverse as New York City, these flexible options were designed to handle multicultural needs, while making everyone feel welcome and catered to.

The facility’s fast-paced nature requires a content management system that can deliver smooth interoperability across numerous signage technologies. An additional demand is for an easy-to-update interface that keeps the always-changing NYC travel information up to date for travelers.

Additionally, Moynihan’s 22Miles installation also features full ADA compliance from elevators and accessibility alternate routes, as well as a digital magnifier, screen adjustments, and an operation index.

From a management perspective, administrators have instant access and visibility from the entire system displaying engagement data recorded through wayfinding, providing them quality data to analyze while making decisions.
